There are various type of questions asked in IELTS Writing Task 2 and it is important to practice each of them if you are expecting to score a decent band score. Here on this page, I am sharing a list of different type of questions that are asked in IELTS Writing Task 2 along with their sample questions for practice with tips to answer them. About IELTS Writing Task 2: The IELTS Test Writing Task 2 requires you to write a minimum of 250 words. You will be given a topic and will be examined on your ability to write on this topic. Specifically, you will be judged on the ability to giving and justifying an opinion, discussing the topic, summarizing details, outlining problems, identifying possible solutions and supporting what you write with reasons, arguments and relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
